Master Bath & Family Room Upgrade

The bathrooms steal the show in this home reno, along with a new fireplace and a backyard arbor upgrade.

 

With three bathrooms scattered around the house, our clients had plenty of room. But the finishings needed upgrades, and the spaces didn’t flow well. The master bath’s cultured marble and raised roman tub had to go, too.

 

To bring the master bath into the 21st century, we reconfigured the space to include a walk-in shower and a soaking tub.  All three bathrooms got some TLC with larger vanities and updated finishes. The fireplace received a face-lift to match the existing home decor in the living room, and outside, we replaced the rotting wood in the backyard arbor, giving this statement piece a much-needed upgrade.

 

The walk-in shower and soaking tub is the perfect retreat at the end of a long day. And the fireplace reface will keep this house feeling like home for years to come.
